WSMA State Marching Band Championships

Held in October each year at UW-Whitewater, the WSMA State Marching Band Championships is one of the few truly competitive activities WSMA offers. Bands are able to enter in categories of Festival Class, Novice Class, Class A, Class AA, Class AAA, and Class AAAA. This popular event concludes with an evening Awards Ceremony recognizing the top performing groups in each class, as well as Caption Awards.

For students in grades: 9-12

2009 Championships Ticket Information

Tickets for the 2009 WSMA State Marching Band Championships are $12 for adults and $6 for Children ages 6-17, Senior Citizens and Undergraduate College Students with valid college ID.

Tickets are only available on the day of the event and may only be purchased at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater Perkins Field Box Office.
